Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BloomTap website, guide, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by BloomTap ("BloomTap," "we," "us"). By purchasing or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Services. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. What you're buying

The Services include access to a self-paced digital training guide on selling NFC review cards to local businesses, a library of scripts, tips, and objection-handling material, contact details for a third-party NFC card supplier ("the Supplier"), and optional 1:1 mentoring calls, included with the Guide + Mentoring tier.

Access is granted on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive basis for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the guide materials to create a competing product.

3. Payment and access

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. Access to the guide is granted upon successful payment and is generally available for the lifetime of the product, including future content updates, unless we discontinue the Services with reasonable notice.

4. No income or results guarantee

This is important, please read it. BloomTap provides education and training. We do not guarantee any specific income, number of sales, or business outcome. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, local market conditions, and the businesses you approach. Any example figures, timeframes, or outcomes referenced in the guide or on this website are illustrative only and not a promise of your results. Nothing in the Services should be treated as financial, legal, tax, or business advice specific to your situation.

5. Third-party supplier

We provide contact details for an NFC card supplier as a convenience. The Supplier is an independent third party. We do not manufacture, inspect, warrant, or take responsibility for the Supplier's products, pricing, order fulfillment, or customer service. Any purchase you make from the Supplier is a separate transaction between you and the Supplier, governed by the Supplier's own terms.

6. Mentoring calls

Mentoring calls are included with the Guide + Mentoring tier and scheduled through our booking system. Mentoring provides guidance and feedback; it does not guarantee any particular result. Rescheduling and cancellation terms will be shown at the time of booking. Completed calls are non-refundable.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Your conduct

You agree not to: share your guide login or materials with anyone who hasn't purchased access; use the Services for any unlawful purpose; misrepresent yourself or the product when approaching businesses on the Supplier's or BloomTap's behalf; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the guide content.

9. Intellectual property

All guide content, scripts, videos, branding, and materials are owned by BloomTap or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing the guide gives you a license to use the materials personally, not ownership of them.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloomTap and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BloomTap ("BloomTap," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or purchase our Services.

1. Information we collect

Account and purchase information: name, email address, and purchase history, collected when you buy the guide or book mentoring.

Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor (e.g., Whop/Stripe). We do not store your full card number.

Communications: messages you send us for support, and any information you share during mentoring calls.

Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the website and guide platform (pages visited, general location by IP, device type), collected automatically.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to give you access to the guide and mentoring you purchased, process payments and prevent fraud, respond to support requests, send you guide-related updates and, if you opt in, marketing emails, and improve the Services.

3. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to run parts of the Services, which may process your data on our behalf, including a payment processor (checkout and billing), a guide hosting platform (delivering video and content), a scheduling tool (booking mentoring calls), an email or marketing platform (sending updates, if you opt in), and analytics tools (understanding site usage). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We choose providers that maintain reasonable security standards, but we don't control their systems directly.

4. Cookies

The website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, contact us at support@bloomtap.co. We'll respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before making changes.

7. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. International users

If you access the Services from outside Australia, your information may be transferred to and processed in Australia or other countries where our providers operate.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.

11. Contact

Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying BloomTap. Here's exactly how refunds work.

Guide purchases

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, as long as you haven't completed more than 15% of the guide content. This gives you enough time to genuinely evaluate the material without the policy being used to consume the entire guide for free.

To request a refund, email support@bloomtap.co with your order number and the email address you purchased with. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Mentoring calls

Mentoring calls are included as part of the Guide + Mentoring tier, not billed separately. Once a call has taken place, it is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule before a call, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance at no charge through the booking link.

Supplier purchases

Any purchase you make directly from the NFC card supplier is a separate transaction, subject to the Supplier's own refund and return policy, not this one. BloomTap is not able to issue refunds for supplier orders.

After the refund window

Purchases outside the 7-day window, or where more than 15% of the guide has been completed, are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law in your jurisdiction.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at support@bloomtap.co — we'd rather resolve it directly than have you file a chargeback with your bank, which can delay or complicate things for both of us.
